Who operates Linepress

Linepress is an independent online service at linepresscb.com. For privacy, billing, refunds, or legal notices, email support@linepresscb.com. Linepress is for adult sellers and publishers. It is not a product for children to use as an account holder.

Card payments, invoices, and refunds on card charges are handled by Creem as merchant of record. We do not collect or store full card numbers.

Privacy Policy

We collect the email and password you use to register, the themes you type, generated images and PDFs, usage limits, and payment metadata from Creem (customer and subscription IDs, plan). We use this to run the service, prevent abuse, and fulfill paid access.

To generate a page we send your theme (and related prompts) to:

• Creem, for content moderation and billing
• Alibaba DashScope / Qwen image APIs, to create and convert line art

The app is hosted on Alibaba Cloud in Hong Kong. We do not sell personal data. We do not ask for photos of people and we do not want personal images uploaded.

Files are kept so you can export a PDF and may be deleted after a retention window. Email support@linepresscb.com to request a copy or deletion of your account data. Session cookies are used only to keep you signed in.

Terms of Service

The service produces coloring-book interiors from text. Outputs are AI-assisted and may need your own review before you list or print them. Quality varies by theme. You are responsible for checking that listings comply with Etsy, Amazon KDP, and local law, including disclosure of AI-generated content where required.

Paid plans include a license to sell the PDFs you export as printables or print-on-demand books, provided you follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service to generate NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content. We do not grant rights to trademarked or copyrighted characters. We do not warrant that a listing will be accepted by any marketplace.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel in the billing portal (Studio → Manage billing). Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

Linepress is not affiliated with any underlying model vendor, Etsy, or Amazon.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Linepress subscriptions billed by Creem. The Free plan does not charge a card and is not refundable. For refund requests, email support@linepresscb.com from the account email you used to subscribe. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

How to cancel. You can cancel anytime in Studio → Manage billing, which opens the Creem customer portal. Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.

14-day refund if you have not used paid generation. If you request a refund within 14 days of the charge and you have not generated a paid book page or exported a commercial PDF in that period, we will refund that charge. Free trial pages do not count as paid generation.

After you generate or export. Linepress is a digital generation service. Once paid studio generation or a commercial PDF export has started, we generally do not refund that period, because compute and files have already been delivered. We may still issue a goodwill refund for billing errors, duplicate charges, or if the service was unavailable.

Chargebacks. If something is wrong with a charge, contact support@linepresscb.com first so we can help. Unwarranted chargebacks on completed digital delivery may be disputed.

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem may refund a charge if we do not respond to a customer request in time, or under Creem’s own buyer-protection process. You can also use the support details on your Creem receipt.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Linepress to generate:

• NSFW, sexual, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
• Photorealistic minors, exploitation, or any sexualized depiction of children
• Face-swap, deepfakes, or likeness of real people
• Trademarked or copyrighted characters (Disney, Pokémon, etc.)
• Violence, hate, or illegal content

Every user theme is screened with Creem’s Content Moderation API (POST /v1/moderation/prompt) before any image model runs. Denied and flagged prompts are blocked. If moderation is unavailable, generation is refused (fail closed). There is no photo upload, face-swap, or image-to-image path from customer photos.

We filter prompts and may suspend accounts that try to bypass these rules.
